IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please complete these steps before registration opens to ensure a quick and smooth signup process. Creating your account in advance will help secure your preferred class times!

How to Set Up Your Account:

  1. Visit Our Registration Portal

    Go to our online system at londonbejegymnastics.uplifterinc.com and click Login in the top corner. If you are new to our club, select Create an Account.

  2. Set Up Parent & Athlete Profiles

    • Parent/Guardian = "Member": You will create the main account holder profile first.

    • Child = "Participant": Once logged in, navigate to your profile settings to add your child(ren) as athletes under your account.

  3. Browse & Select Classes

    Once your account is set up, head to the registration page. You can filter and view classes in two ways:

    • Calendar View: See all class options mapped out by day and time to find what fits your family's schedule.

    • Find Program / Category Filter: Filter by age group and skill level. Be sure to click View Details on any class to review specific prerequisites or program descriptions.

  4. Register & Checkout

    • Select your preferred class, click Register, and assign the corresponding child to that slot. (Note: You do not need a Gymnastics Ontario number to register—our system manages this automatically!)

    • Click View Cart and proceed to checkout. If you have an existing account credit, select Use Credit / Gift Certificate at payment to apply it to your total.

Important Reminders for Registration Day:

  • Cart Time Limit: You have 30 minutes to complete checkout once a class is placed in your cart. Items left in an unconfirmed cart will be released back to the public after 30 minutes.

  • Registering Multiple Children: You can add multiple siblings to your cart and check out all at once! Just make sure each child’s profile is created in your account beforehand.

  • Waitlists: If your desired class is full, please join the waitlist! If a spot opens up, our system will email you directly, and you will have 3 days to claim the spot before it is offered to the next family.
