Club Policies

 If choose monthly plan, you must:

*Sign up and commit for the full season (until June 30^th)

*You must pay first and last month (June), and the $25 GO membership.                                

Payment cannot be post-dated, if you want the spot reserved.

*Must hand in all the cheques, dated for the last day of each month

* No exceptions made – otherwise we cannot process your registration

*Make cheques payable to LONDON BEJE GYMNASTICS

*May register at any time presuming space is available

* Recreational, monthly price is based on 40 weeks practice over the 10 months (September to June)

Membership cancellation:

THERE IS NO CANCELLATION AFTER DECEMBER 31st. When canceling before Dec. 31st your last month payment is forfeited. You must hand in a written cancellation notice no later than 10 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR LAST MONTH (40 DAYS NOTICE). UNCASHED CHEQUES WILL BE DESTROYED OR RETURNED.

NO REFUND FOR SESSION REGISTRATION AFTER THE 2^ND CLASS

 Make up:

*There is a make up class, if practice has been cancelled only

Discounts:

*10% off, when paid in full for the season

* 5% off, for the second child and up, if register for the session plan only

(not applicable for monthly plan or split payment)

Benefits:

*All members will receive 10% off for birthday parties

Returned Cheques and Uncollected Payments:

*All returned cheques are subject to a $25 charge and

must be paid in Cash, in the next 7 days.

The club has the right to terminate your

 child’s membership for non payment.

Fees will be collected through a collection agency.

We reserve the right to cancel classes with a full refund

 for all of the remaining (weeks or months)
